Turn the fun on with Garmin Forerunner 210 GPS Sport Watch w/ Heart Rate Monitor – BLACK (Certified Refurbished) in your everyday fitness routine. The watch is excitingly simple to setup and use. The button controls are designed in such a way they pose no hindrance in your running.

You will not be setting off anything inadvertently as happens many times in motion controlled watches. The data collected is very detailed and can be viewed anywhere through the Garmin website. The beautiful outlook means you can also wear the watch on casual outings.

The best functionality in this watch is you can view the activity records right on the display. All the information is saved in very convenient and detailed logs that are also uploaded to the online Garmin Center and Training System.

If you are fascinated with knowing where you went on which date, what path you covered moving forward and back, this watch will help you quench all your thirst. You can even know how much vertical height you covered when running with this small machine on your wrist.

The advanced GPS system enables position locking very fast and accurate. The watch is very light weight with a strong clasp which ensures the watch will never fall off in case of brisk hand movements.

The best feature about this watch is the automatic power save mode!
When the watch is not in use, it goes into power saving which enables the battery life to be used when needed. You can easily set beeps on mileage intervals to help track time taken to cover successive laps.

Garmin Forerunner 210 does not have a touch screen, which many people wonder why. The manufacturers believe that touch screens are very difficult to handle during work out due to sweating. The touch screen will not respond when it is covered with sweat drops. The Forerunner is equipped with large display and very responsive buttons that you can operate even when running without any difficulty.

Features:

The Garmin Forerunner 210 has a large, square display with a size of 1.0”x1.0”. The watch is water resistant, equipped with a high sensitive GPS tracking system. The watch is shock resistant with automatic time zones. A history of 1000 laps can be saved on the watch; it can be connected to Garmin site for more information on activity records. It also supports heart rate-based calorie computation.

Cons:

The main problem with Garmin Forerunner is its charging unit. The pins are very small and tricky to plug in. The owner must be very careful as any rough usage will damage the pins and render the watch useless. The beep sound that marks various events is very low and it becomes very hard to hear if exercising in a crowded or noisy place.

The menu design is simple only for basic controls; it is very confusing for advanced controls like changing lap settings. The heart unit strap may prove to be abrasive for soft skins.
